Irsyad, a participant in the Markija internship program at Prysmian Group in Romania, shared his experiences and takeaways during his tenure. He was particularly struck by the new experiences he encountered upon commencing his internship in Europe, notably in Romania. 

“Throughout my European internship with Markija, I encountered positive experiences daily. From the warm welcome extended by the people to the disciplined work culture and the ubiquitous cleanliness, everything was admirable.” 

Irsyad noted numerous positive aspects, especially the supportive environment for newcomers. 

“The opportunity to explore diversity, immerse in new cultures, and acquire novel experiences was immensely beneficial. The hands-on work environment fostered significant learning. Coming from a relatively homogenous background, the exposure to such diversity was truly enlightening.”

Moreover, Irsyad urged his peers who hadn’t yet applied to seize this opportunity. 

“I firmly believe that participating in the Markija internship program is a worthwhile endeavor. I strongly encourage my friends to enroll. The chance to experience different environments, gain fresh knowledge, and adopt new, positive practices that differ from those in Indonesia provides ample reason to register.”
